Our Whitby Wedding is owned and run by Minting Design
1. Couples
1.1 You agree to have a free of charge mini homepage together with a photo gallery of 30 images (but this is subject to change without prior notice).
1.2 The length of time that your mini webpage and photo gallery remains on Our Whitby Wedding website is completely within the discretion of Our Whitby Wedding, however currently at the date of these Terms and Conditions they will remain for a period of 12 months from the date of your wedding or partnership ceremony after which it will be subject to review. This condition is subject to revision at any time without any prior written notification.
2. Advertisers
2.1 You agree to have a free of charge webpage of text together with up to 3 images for a period of 6 months which will be placed in the most suitable category for the service which you offer. If you wish to withdraw your webpage at any time you may do so, simply, by writing to us requesting its withdrawal at no cost to yourselves.
2.2 After the initial 6 months free period has expired Our Whitby Wedding will begin to make a charge (about which you will be notified in advance in writing). However, at this stage should you wish not to remain to be on Our Whitby Wedding you can simply let us know in writing. There is no obligation to remain on the website once the initial 6 month free period has expired.
3. Conditions of Use for both Couples and Advertisers
3.1 You are be legally responsible (and not Our Whitby Wedding) for all text and images which you provide for inclusion in Our Whitby Wedding website. Your text and images must have been thoroughly checked by you for copyright infringement and you must not deliberately mislead Our Whitby Wedding regarding any text and images which you supply to it. Our Whitby Wedding will not knowingly include any text or images in a webpage which has a copyright owned by a third party.
3.2 You must not ask Our Whitby Wedding to include in your webpage any improper offensive threatening pornographic text and/or images or any other content which would contravene indecency and/or obscenity laws of England and Wales (and/or any other countries’ such laws). Our Whitby Wedding reserves the right to refuse or remove any text and/or images and/or links which it considers is improper offensive threatening or pornographic and all such material is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Your must not to ask Our Whitby Wedding to provide a link, on your behalf, to or from any improper offensive threatening pornographic or unlawful website.
3.4 All services which are offered and provided by Our Whitby Wedding must be used for lawful and proper purposes only.
3.5 Our Whitby Wedding shall not be responsible for or liable whatsoever for any content or material in any other website linked from or to Our Whitby Wedding.
3.6 Our Whitby Wedding shall not be responsible for or liable whatsoever, howsoever arising, for any damage caused by viruses which may infect any computer equipment software data or other property which may result from access to or use of or by browsing in any website linked from or to Our Whitby Wedding website. Our Whitby Wedding shall also not be responsible for or liable whatsoever, howsoever arising, for any damage which results from the downloading of material, data, text, images, video or audio content from any website linked from or to Our Whitby Wedding website.
3.7 Our Whitby Wedding shall not be responsible for or liable whatsoever, howsoever arising, for any errors or omissions in the text and/or content given to or published by Our Whitby Wedding and which is also published in any of the webpages on the Our Whitby Wedding website. If any errors or omissions occur it is your sole responsibility to inform Our Whitby Wedding in writing of any such errors or omissions immediately in order for them to be corrected.
3.8 Our Whitby Wedding will not be held responsible for or liable for any damages or losses arising from or relating to any webpages on Our Whitby Wedding website.
3.9 Our Whitby Wedding reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions and any charges which it makes for its services at any time and without any prior notice whether written or oral.
